About the Role We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team. This primarily remote role focuses on handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a diverse client base, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI).In this role, you will lead case strategy, oversee junior attorneys and support staff, and manage matters from inception to resolution&mdash;drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, appearing at hearings, and handling trials. Travel is minimal, though occasional local appearances may be required.This position is designed for attorneys who want to focus on delivering high-quality legal work without business development responsibilities or excessive non-billable demands.
