 Role summary
 
 
 End-to-end HR &amp; Admin ownership for corporate office &amp; plant: recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, performance processes, training, employee engagement and office administration to ensure smooth operations and strong people practices.
 
 
 Key responsibilities (important points)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, vendor coordination).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct induction &amp; orientation and manage onboarding to exit processes (offer letters, files, verifications, exit formalities).
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer Performance Management System: KRAs, appraisals, increments and succession inputs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Payroll support: attendance/leave management (biometric), coordinate with payroll/compliance vendors for EPF/ESIC/PT and statutory returns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements; maintain employee records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare &amp; update org structure, manpower budgeting and headcount reports; analyze budget vs. expense variances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute employee engagement calendar and training needs analysis; coordinate training programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Office &amp; vendor management, facility administration and cross-functional coordination to improve operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate HR reports and translate HR data into actionable improvements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required qualifications &amp; experience
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MBA (HR) or equivalent post-graduate degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5+ years
 
 total experience in HR; exposure to manufacturing environment preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with Excel, MS Office and ERP/HRIS systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal &amp; written communication (English &amp; Hindi).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
