The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about education.Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential parents via calls, WhatsApp, and video interactions.Explain course details, benefits, and structure clearly and engagingly.Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system.Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.Work closely with operations and academic teams for smooth student onboarding.RequirementsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.6 months &ndash; 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (experience in EdTech preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.Confident in handling parent interactions.Goal-oriented with good organizational skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Cell phone reimbursement.Opportunity for career growth and recognition.Friendly and team-oriented work environment.Work Schedule6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
