We are expanding our internal team and hiring an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Role SummaryThe HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR coordination. The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and people-management skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Post job openings on hiring platforms and social media.</li><li>Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.</li><li>Schedule and conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews.</li><li>Manage onboarding, joining documentation, and induction.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and daily reports.</li><li>Assist in training and development activities.</li><li>Support HR policies and ensure compliance in the workplace.</li><li>Address employee queries professionally.</li><li>Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring needs.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and professional behaviour.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).</li><li>Prior experience in HR / recruitment / coordination is preferred.</li><li>Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR may also apply.</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>Monthly Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives</li><li>(No deposits, fees, or registration charges required.)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Training and skill development.</li><li>Supportive and organised work environment.</li><li>Growth opportunities into Senior HR roles based on performance.</li></ul>Work LocationWaraseoni, District Balaghat (M.P.)
