Title: Manager / Assistant Manager &ndash; LegalLocation: Sector 63, NoidaJob OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager (Legal) tooversee and manage the company&rsquo;s legal affairs. The role involves drafting and reviewingcontracts, conducting legal research, and providing comprehensive legal assistance tothe legal team. The ideal candidate will be capable of maintaining a strong legal posture whiledelivering actionable and strategic legal advice that safeguards the company&rsquo;s interests. Thisposition will work closely with the executive leadership to translate complex legal requirementsinto practical business strategies, ensuring sustainable and compliant corporate growth.Key Responsibilities● Draft, review, and provide inputs on various agreements and legal documents.● Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and judicialprecedents.● Monitor changes in applicable laws and assist in developing internal policies to ensurecompliance.● Support the Legal Head in managing potential or ongoing litigation, including evidencegathering, liaising with external counsel, and maintaining legal documentation.● Provide day-to-day legal support and ensure all company operations are in compliancewith legal standards.● Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations on legal matters affecting theorganization.Qualifications● Education: LLB / LLM● Experience: 4&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs● Registration: Must be registered with the Bar CouncilSkills &amp; Competencies● Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law● Basic drafting and court appearance experience● Excellent legal research and analytical skills● Effective communication and negotiation abilities● High attention to detail and organizational skillsPersonality Traits● Target-oriented and disciplined● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines● Strong sense of integrity and responsibilityCompensation● Salary Range: ₹35,000 &ndash; ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)Kindly approach Pooja- 9871436667-what&rsquo;sappYogesh- 9899947671-what&rsquo;sappJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
