Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Intern to market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, and Green Card consultants to U.S. clients and vendors. This is a Night Shift.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactively market bench candidates (OPT/CPT/H1B/H4 EAD/GC/USC) to vendors and clients.</li><li>Identify and build relationships with new vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.</li><li>Negotiate rates, close deals, and schedule interviews for candidates.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure timely updates on interview status.</li><li>Track submissions, interviews, and placements to meet monthly targets.</li><li>Stay current on U.S. recruitment trends, visa regulations, and market demands.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 0&ndash;3 years in U.S. IT Bench Sales Recruiting (Freshers can apply).</li><li>Excellent understanding of visa categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC).</li><li>Strong vendor network and proven ability to generate new client leads.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;13,000.00 per monthShift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
