Job Description: HR ExecutiveIndustry: Jewellery Manufacturing Location: Katargam, Surat Experience: Minimum 1 Year Qualification: Graduate / MBA HR preferredJob SummaryThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in a jewellery manufacturing setup, including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, and statutory compliance. The role requires hands-on experience in factory-based HR functions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and office roles.</li><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.</li><li>Coordinate with payroll and accounts team for salary processing.</li><li>Support joining, induction, and exit formalities.</li><li>Maintain employee files and HR documentation.</li><li>Handle shop-floor HR coordination and workforce communication.</li><li>Assist in statutory compliance such as ESI, PF, and labour records.</li><li>Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Support management in day-to-day HR operations and reporting.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Basic understanding of labour laws, PF, ESI, and compliance.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and HR records management.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.</li></ul>Experience Requirement<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive (Jewellery or manufacturing industry preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
