What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
</li>
<li>Develop annual budgets and track daily gross sales
</li>
<li>Reconcile invoices, warranty returns, and inventory reports
</li>
<li>Manage and maintain parts inventory with tight controls
</li>
<li>Provide training, support, and mentorship to parts department staff
</li>
<li>Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve issues promptly
</li>
<li>Partner with other managers in weekly meetings and planning sessions
</li>
<li>Compile and analyze department reports to identify opportunities for improvement
</li>
<li>Coordinate parts marketing initiatives and oversee obsolescence reporting
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma (or equivalent)
</li>
<li>Entry level or Exprienced managing an efficient parts department
</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License (must be insurable)
</li>
