 Our client is a holding company with a diversified portfolio of businesses operating across multiple entities. They are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across the group and support senior management through accurate reporting, effective financial planning, and strong financial governance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group and its subsidiaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consolidate financial statements across multiple business units and ensure timely submission of reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee cash flow management, working capital requirements, and banking relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures across all entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key financial indicators to support profitability, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the evaluation of new investments, business opportunities, and expansion initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in group reporting and consolidation in a multi-entity environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working within a holding company or group structure is a strong advantage.
 </li>
