Sales Engineer

The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, supervising laboratory and field testing activities, and maintaining accurate quality documentation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 17025 and internal QA/QC procedures</li><li>Prepare and monitor quality control plans for soil and material testing</li><li>Supervise and verify laboratory testing activities and review test results</li><li>Oversee equipment calibration and verification</li><li>Conduct internal audits, handle non-conformances, and implement corrective actions</li><li>Support and supervise field testing activities such as SPT, plate load, and field density tests</li><li>Review test methods, SOPs, worksheets, and reports for compliance and accuracy</li><li>Ensure proper sample collection, handling, and transportation</li><li>Maintain compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements</li><li>Train laboratory and field personnel on QA/QC procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC or geotechnical &amp; materials testing</li><li>Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and geotechnical tests (Proctor, Atterberg limits, shear tests, compaction, particle size analysis)</li><li>Familiarity with ASTM, BS, AASHTO, or equivalent standards</li><li>Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment calibration and QA/QC instrumentation</li><li>Experience with ISO 17025 quality systems is highly preferred</li><li>Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
