 Role &amp; Responsibilities

 Daily facility workaround checklist
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily Briefing Facility Engineer about Planned activities and major Building compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Check all technical reports daily. Weekly Report.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with the Vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Month-end checking consumable stock and raising an indent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare a material snag list every month and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing services as per PPM &amp; facility Upkeep Calendar
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring end-to-end services under facility managemen

 Role Summary
 
 
 
 The Capex Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing all capital expenditure purchases related to the setup and expansion of a new kitchen facility. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and procuring kitchen equipment, infrastructure materials, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
