 Role Description:
 
 
 
 
 Responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This role includes maintaining personnel records, supporting the onboarding process, and assisting in daily HR operations, including the use of the Odoo system. The assistant ensures smooth communication within the department and with employees, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR processes. Additionally, the HR Assistant supports the recruitment team by screening and uploading resumes according to the applied position.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain and update employee records using the Odoo system.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Assist in coordinating training sessions and HR-related events.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Help administer employee benefits and personnel procedures.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare HR documents and handle administrative tasks.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Record violations and penalties in coordination with the HR team.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Assist in screening and uploading CVs in coordination with the HR Recruitment Specialist.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR team.
 
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Basic knowledge of HR operations and administration.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in HR software (Odoo preferred).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent organizational skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
 
 </li>
