An Insurance Sales Manager leads and directs a team of insurance sales agents, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, all while maximizing new business growth and customer retention within an insurance company. Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Team Leadership:Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of insurance sales agents, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to achieve sales goals.</li><li>Sales Strategy Development:Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics.</li><li>Sales Goal Setting:Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and intermediaries to identify new business opportunities and retain existing customers.</li><li>Performance Monitoring:Track sales metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales performance across the team.</li><li>Compliance Management:Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies regarding compliance and ethical sales practices.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Industry Expertise:Deep understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.</li><li>Leadership Abilities:Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve high performance.</li><li>Sales Acumen:Strong sales skills including prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques.</li><li>Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.</li><li>Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, brokers, and team members.</li><li>Relationship Building:Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.</li></ul>Typical Work Environment:<ul><li>Office-based with frequent field visits to meet with clients, brokers, and potential customers.</li><li>May involve travel to attend industry conferences and sales meetings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
