 Job Description:-

 Big, emotional brand campaigns&mdash;from insight to execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Social-first ideas that build culture and community (not just likes)
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the charge on Customer Acquisition, Search Volumes, Share of Voice (SOV), Share of Experience (SOE) &mdash; and brand love metrics like Awareness, Consideration, and Affinity.
 </li>
 <li>
 More than just brand love &mdash; you&rsquo;ll influence Revenue, Retention, and Engagement through powerful storytelling and smart targeting
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with media agencies to plan and launch campaigns across Digital, TV, OTT,OOH &mdash; wherever our audience lives, you&rsquo;ll be there (with style).
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate campaign performance at both market and segment level. Know what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and why &mdash; then optimize for impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 GTM plans for key launches and cultural moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistent brand voice across platforms&mdash;from ads to Instagram captions
 </li>
 <li>
 A pulse on what&rsquo;s trending&mdash;reels, rituals, and everything in between.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4&ndash;7 years of experience in handling International market at a high-impact consumer, D2C, or digital-first company
 </li>
 <li>
 
 At least one 3-year+ stint
 
 &mdash;we value stability and long-term thinking
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative instincts&mdash;with the ability to brief, shape, and ship bold ideas
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience leading integrated campaigns (TVC, digital, social, influencer, branded content)
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of Indian consumers, culture, and context
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to extract and analyse data
 
 to inform sharper storytelling and campaign strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 A love for storytelling, a respect for insight, and an obsession with craft.
 </li>
