We are seeking a Senior SaaS Marketing Manager to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and leading ClickGuard&rsquo;s product marketing strategy end-to-end, shaping how our SaaS platform is positioned, launched, adopted, and scaled.You will define the strategic marketing plan, align teams around it, and ensure execution across all product-related marketing initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, you will translate product innovation into clear customer value and measurable business outcomes.This role plays a critical leadership function at ClickGuard by connecting strategy, execution, and performance across the entire marketing ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy, Planning &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Own and define the end-to-end product marketing strategy, translating company and product goals into clear quarterly and annual plans.</li><li>Unite product marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, affiliates, and partnerships under a single cohesive marketing roadmap.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team and external collaborators executing the strategy.</li><li>Act as the primary owner of product-related marketing priorities, alignment, and outcomes.</li></ul>Go-To-Market, Growth &amp; Lifecycle<ul><li>Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and roadmap initiatives.</li><li>Drive product adoption, activation, engagement, expansion, and retention through strong positioning and messaging.</li><li>Own customer lifecycle communication across onboarding, activation, expansion, retention, and re-engagement.</li><li>Partner closely with Sales, Growth, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across acquisition and retention motions.</li></ul>Product, Market &amp; Customer Insights<ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and feedback to inform positioning and messaging.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product to translate insights into compelling customer-facing narratives.</li><li>Support roadmap communication and maintain feedback loops between customers and internal teams.</li><li>Ensure insights directly inform strategy, prioritization, and execution.</li></ul>Campaigns, Affiliates &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, email, SEO/SEM, webinars).</li><li>Own and grow affiliate marketing initiatives aligned with product positioning and revenue goals.</li><li>Support and develop strategic partnerships that expand distribution, visibility, and product adoption.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency across all initiatives.</li></ul>Performance, Analytics &amp; Brand Enablement<ul><li>Own marketing reporting, analytics, and performance tracking across all product-related initiatives.</li><li>Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure impact and ROI.</li><li>Use data to continuously optimize strategy and guide decision-making.</li><li>Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and enablement assets.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on your target audience).</li><li>Strong understanding of PLG and SaaS growth dynamics (including activation, retention, expansion, churn reduction, etc).</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ROI measurement.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal C1+ English communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable operating in structured, system-driven environments (experience with ClickUp and HubSpot is a strong plus).</li><li>Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Passion for ClickGuard's mission and target audience.</li></ul>If this is you, we 100% need to talk, and we look forward to your application.Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Work that fits your personality and lifestyle.</li><li>Your hours are flexible, and so is your vacation.</li><li>Any equipment/software/tech that you need to do your job.</li><li>You can work from anywhere in the world - We work remotely!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What are your Salary Expectations? </li><li>Are you currently based in North America?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
