Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Onboarding &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Collect and verify joining documents and maintain employee files (physical &amp; digital).</li><li>Coordinate induction and onboarding formalities for new hires.</li><li>Create and update employee master data in HRMS.</li></ul>Data &amp; Record Management<ul><li>Maintain and update employee database, personal files, and trackers.</li><li>Ensure proper filing of HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and transfer letters.</li><li>Handle HR record and ensure compliance with data management standards.</li></ul>Background Verification &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Coordinate with external vendors for employee background checks.</li><li>Track and update BGV status and reports.</li><li>Support HR in statutory documentation and compliance records.</li></ul>HR Operations Support<ul><li>Assist in attendance management and leave record updates.</li><li>Manage and track employee attendance, leave balances, and regularization requests.</li><li>Coordinate with reporting managers for leave approvals and attendance corrections.</li><li>Support payroll team with attendance, new joiner, and exit data inputs.</li><li>Prepare HR letters (experience, employment verification, etc.) as required.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Exit Formalities<ul><li>Support HR team in planning small employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Assist in exit documentation, clearance, and final settlements coordination.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
