We are continuously expanding and seeking passionate professionals to join our Team as a Fleet Key Account Manager to manage business relations with our Taxi and Limousine Fleet Partners in Turkey.

The role is 100% remote. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Relationship Management:
<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.</li>
</ul></li><li>Strategic Account Planning:
<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.</li>
</ul></li><li>Contract Negotiation and Management:
<ul><li>Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.</li>
<li>Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.</li>
<li>Onboarding and training of new fleets.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Data Analysis and Reporting:
<ul><li>Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement</li>
</ul></li><li>Market Intelligence:
<ul><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.</li>
<li>Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools.</li></ul></li></ul> 
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as required.</li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1. 
</li>
<li>Fluent Turkish C1</li></ul>
