<div>Summary:
Provide system support for Operations and maintain inventory accuracy (physical and systematic) 

Qualifications and Experience:
<ul><li>At least 2 years? experience in comparable role.</li>
<li>Knowledge of petrochemical industry and processes.</li>
<li>Ideally, experience in logistic operations.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP, preferred.</li>
<li>Associate or certification in logistics and supply chain management, preferred.</li>
<li>Forklift Experience/Certified and/or willing to be trained to be Forklift Certified.</li></ul> 

Position Requirements:
<ul><li>Provide system support as need to operations.</li>
<li>Reconciliation of physical and systematic inventory.</li>
<li>Analyze data and transactions in different information systems (Excel, SAP-EWM, GEMS, among others).</li>
<li>Conduct daily production write on and cycle counts.</li>
<li>Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy, both physically and systematically.</li>
<li>Track multiple departmental responsibilities, such as blocked bins/pallets, scrap, partial consumption (rework), loss damage reports, etc. Report any type of problems with each area (Inbound, Outbound, P&amp;S and S&amp;D) Carry out daily inventory reports, such as Product Distribution Report (PDR), Good Issues, Daily Operations Presentation, CSV files, Write on / off, among others.</li>
<li>Performs additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Able to work outside in variable weather conditions including high temperature summer months.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and have the drive to take the initiative if direct supervision is not available on a constant basis.</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure.</li>
<li>Strong verbal, written communication, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to efficiently manage workload.</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software).</li>
<li>Ability to learn new software systems and tasks quickly.</li>
<li>Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels in support of customer relationships.</li>
<li>Ability to have a problem-solving approach.</li>
<li>Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of said PPE.</li>
<li>18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.</li>
<li>Fluent English.</li></ul>
