 Egypt is one of our largest markets by user volume, and we don't yet have anyone on the ground. This role is about changing that: getting deep into customer configurations, fixing what's broken, and building real relationships with the recruitment managers and team leaders who use our platform every day.
 
 
 This isn't a commercial role. You won't carry a revenue number. You'll be the person who makes the product work brilliantly for the customer &mdash; and over time, builds a local Talkpush community in Egypt through monthly in-person meetups.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 
 Configuration &amp; Problem-Solving

 Own a queue of customer tickets and configuration requirements each week
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure Autoflows, integrations, and bot interactions to match customer needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit existing setups and optimise for performance, response quality, and adoption
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot issues end-to-end and resolve them with minimal escalation

 Customer Engagement

 Run weekly technical check-ins with recruitment managers and team leaders

 Translate customer pain into specific platform changes and configuration tweaks

 Experience

 Background in technical support (Level 2/3), configuration-heavy roles, business analysis, industrial engineering, or as a developer who's moved into customer-facing work
 </li>

 Proven ability to work with enterprise customers over the long haul without burning out &mdash; this work is detailed, repetitive at times, and requires patience
 </li>
 <li>
 Native or fluent Arabic; strong professional English
 
 
 </li>

 We're hiring a Solutions Engineer in Turkey to support Turkish and broader MENA customers, and build a local Talkpush presence in one of our growing markets.
 
 
 This isn't a commercial role. You won't carry a revenue number. You'll be the person who makes the product work brilliantly for customers, configuring Autoflows, optimising AI interview agents, and running weekly technical sessions with recruitment managers.
