Quality Assurance &amp; Control<ul><li>Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures at site.</li><li>Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct stage-wise inspections for civil works (RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, etc.).</li><li>Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and checklists.</li><li>Identify quality deviations and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs); track corrective and preventive actions.</li></ul>Material Quality Management<ul><li>Inspect incoming materials and ensure they meet approved samples, specifications, and test standards.</li><li>Coordinate with laboratories for material testing (concrete, steel, blocks, sand, aggregates, etc.).</li><li>Maintain records of test reports, approvals, and rejections.</li></ul>Execution &amp; Site Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality execution.</li><li>Guide site teams on correct construction practices and quality benchmarks.</li><li>Verify workmanship during execution and before consultant/client inspections.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain QA/QC documentation including:</li><li>Inspection reports</li><li>Test results</li><li>NCR logs</li><li>Snag lists &amp; closure reports</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and submit to Project Manager/QA Head.</li><li>Assist in handover documentation and final quality audits.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance (Quality-linked)<ul><li>Ensure quality processes align with safety standards and statutory requirements.</li><li>Support audits and compliance checks by internal/external agencies.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and quality standards</li><li>Understanding of IS codes and construction specifications</li><li>Eye for detail and problem-solving ability</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Documentation and reporting skills</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;6 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer or Site Quality Engineer</li><li>Experience in residential</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional with a strong background in construction and real estate law to join Shilpa Group. The ideal candidate will handle all legal aspects of our ongoing and upcoming construction projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, contract management, and risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and finalize contracts, MoUs, and agreements related to construction, vendors, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Manage RERA documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Provide legal guidance on land acquisition, development agreements, and property-related matters.</li><li>Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution related to construction projects.</li><li>Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and internal project teams.</li><li>Ensure adherence to labour laws, contract laws, and environmental regulations applicable to the construction industry.</li><li>Maintain and update records of legal documents, NOCs, and statutory compliances.</li><li>Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and title verification for new land or project acquisitions.</li><li>Support management in policy formulation and decision-making from a legal standpoint.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Law (LLB / LLM) from a recognized university.</li><li>6 years of experience handling legal matters in the construction or real estate sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of RERA, Contract Act, Labour Law, and Property Law.</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.</li><li>Knowledge of state-specific real estate regulations.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.</li></ul>Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
