BuildX is a forward-thinking construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective building solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.</li><li>Manage project finances, including cost planning, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering.</li><li>Evaluate tenders and prepare tender documentation and procurement strategies.</li><li>Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.</li><li>Conduct regular cost reporting and provide financial advice throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Monitor variations, prepare change orders, and support claims management.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual compliance.</li><li>Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.</li><li>Ensure adherence to relevant legal, contractual, and company standards.</li><li>Support risk management and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
