 is looking for experienced
 
 US IT Recruiters
 
 to join our client's growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for W2, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time opportunities across the US market.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
 
 
 &bull; Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, rate expectations, location, and work authorization status.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate rates/salaries, and manage offer closures.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain candidate pipelines, submissions, and compliance records in ATS/VMS platforms.
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to ensure timely closures.
 
 
 &bull; Meet recruitment KPIs including submissions, interviews, offers, and successful joinings.
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorization categories.
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and job boards.
 
 
 &bull; Strong sourcing skills using Boolean Search, LinkedIn, and recruitment portals.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
 
 &bull; Comfortable working in US shifts.
