Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).</li><li>Oversee content creation including photography and video editing to enhance posts.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with influencers and public relations contacts to promote brand initiatives.</li><li>Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking.</li><li>Experience in content creation, public relations, relationship management, branding, and e-commerce is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and editing content.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
