</div><div><p>You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end creation of motion graphics and video content &mdash; from translating briefs and client requirements into impactful visual concepts to executing editing, enhancements, and final delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, copywriters, and visualizers, you will bring ideas to life through compelling designs, audio-visual choices, and innovative storytelling. Additionally, you will support creative needs like photo editing, illustrations, and iconography while staying ahead of trends and technologies to ensure cutting-edge, high-quality output.</p>
</div><div><b>Experience You Should Bring</b>
</div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of animation for use in a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.</li>
<li>Ability to understand business problems and convert it into briefs.</li>
<li>Strong experience in camera operation, sound equipment and the overall production process.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production &amp; editing.</li>
<li>Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.</li>
<li>Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.</li>
<li>Ability to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully.</li>
<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.</li>
<li>Knowledge of using/operating Camera and other shooting equipments.</li>
<li>The person must have the knowledge and experience in the following softwares:

<li>Final cut Pro</li>
<li>Light Room</li>
<li>After Effects</li>
<li>Photoshop</li>
<li>Illustrator</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Work with different teams to understand the project scope and objectives. Also work with copywriters and visualizers in co-creating and delivering high quality video content</li>
<li>Visualize production scripts, briefs, understand client requirements to produce great results. Prepare conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas</li>
<li>Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for projects</li>
<li>Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics</li>
<li>Support the creative team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design</li>
<li>Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques to deliver cutting edge work.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p>
