The Outside Sales Representative role is an entry-level, field-based sales position focused on generating new business, building in-person client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for motivated, competitive individuals who enjoy face-to-face selling, working independently, and earning uncapped commission.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prospect and generate new business through in-person visits, cold calling, and networking</li><li>
Meet with potential clients to present solutions and close sales</li><li>
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business</li><li>
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics</li><li>
Track sales activity and manage pipeline updates in CRM systems</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
0&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in face-to-face interactions</li><li>
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage a territory or schedule</li><li>
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally</li></ul>
