 JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;
 
 
 This position provides cleaning services to Schuman Cleaning Service clients in accordance with client and Company specifications.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform various cleaning activities including, but not limited to: cleaning bathroom fixtures, showers and tubs,&nbsp;washing floors, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming carpets, dusting, polishing furniture, etc.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with specifications outlines in the company&rsquo;s Safety&nbsp;Program Handbook.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all duties timely and efficiently in accordance job specifications and Supervisor instructions.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Report to Schuman&rsquo;s headquarters at the assigned time.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Wear appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment in accordance with job guidelines.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Move furniture and other items as needed in order to clean appropriately.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Work safely around pets, using appropriate pet friendly cleaning products and cleaning methods
 </li>
 <li>
 Special care should be taken so that pets are prevented from leaving the home.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service while representing the company, as&nbsp;well as work well as a team demonstrating a positive image of Schuman&rsquo;s Cleaning Service.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Leave worksite in accordance with exit procedures provided including, but not limited to: secure premises,&nbsp;locking doors and window, activating alarm system, etc.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain all equipment in good working condition and return it to proper location after using.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Report all accidents, injuries, security violations, maintenance issues (i.e. leaking faucets, running toilets) as&nbsp;well as all broken or improperly functioning equipment to Supervisor and/or Team Lead immediately.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn specific cleaning techniques of the Company in order to clean more efficiently in accordance with&nbsp;Company specifications and requirements.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and actively participate in all Company required meetings.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all other duties as assigned.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 Assist in other divisions as needed.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 This position has no direct or indirect reports.&nbsp;

 High level of attention to detail in achieving the cleaning standards of Schuman&rsquo;s Cleaning Service
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able&nbsp;to follow oral and written instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain a professional, engaging and pleasant demeanor
 </li>
 <li>
 Must&nbsp;be able to work in safe and efficient manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to perform specific cleaning duties in accordance with&nbsp;specified techniques and instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to safely and effectively use specified cleaning equipment&nbsp;and all appropriate personal protective equipment.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education and Experience:&nbsp;
 
 
 High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 Physical Demands, Work Conditions and Environment:&nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasional exposure to outdoor elements.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Working at different worksites daily and occasionally several worksites throughout the same day.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Non office type work environment which may expose employee to noise, dust, cleaning chemicals and&nbsp;other elements which are continuously present.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Standing and moving for 8 plus hours a day.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and climb ladders and other activities requiring full range of motion.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals, dusts, fumes, various sprays and mists, etc.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Eligibility Requirements:&nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be at least 18 years of age or older.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the&nbsp;successful completion of a background investigation, including but not limited to: Driving Record,&nbsp;Criminal Background, Reference Check, Credit Check, etc.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be willing to submit to a drug and alcohol screening.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
 </li>
 </ul>
