 📅 Days Off: Fridays &amp; Saturdays
 
 
 
 
 
 About the Role
 
 
 As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving growth by:
 
 
 Identifying and securing new clients.
 
 
 Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
 
 
 Promoting the company&rsquo;s recruitment and HR services.
 
 
 Collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions.
 
 
 Positioning the company as a trusted HR partner in the Egyptian market.
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 ✅ 2&ndash;5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in recruitment or HR services).
 
 
 ✅ Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
 
 
 ✅ Excellent presentation &amp; communication skills.
 
 
 ✅ Results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
 
 
 ✅ Solid knowledge of Egypt&rsquo;s recruitment/HR services market.
