 We are currently looking for a
 
 Manager
 
 to join our Advisory team, who is going to be responsible for full client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offering.
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities and objectives:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build strong and long term relations with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Shape client's agenda through understanding key pains and propose discussion points with TAM leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Take the full ownership of multiple projects concurrently
 </li>
 <li>
 Structure the full scope of the project and defines the project's specific approach, framework, and methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full project plan, deliverables, resources and budget throughout the project lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively manage the client relationship during the project to ensure high client satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive business insight, conclusions and solid recommendations to address client's issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develops team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching
 </li>
 <li>
 Own client communications &amp; relationship
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6 -10 years of experience in consulting, project management, or PMO environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working with government entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 programs and government transformation initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Arabic and English both spoken and written
 </li>
 <li>
 Full proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint
 </li>

 for motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our Advisory team. This role is designed to provide hands on training, exposure to consulting practices, and professional development. As a Tamheer trainee, you will support the team in delivering impactful client solutions while gaining valuable experience that will prepare you for a future career in consulting.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities &amp; Learning Objectives
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in research, data collection, and basic analysis to support advisory projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables under supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions with the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn to construct simple financial models and analytical frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal initiatives and knowledge building activities within the firm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Observe and assist in selected client interactions and communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gain exposure to project management, teamwork, and consulting methodologies
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing, or Communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eligible for the Tamheer program through HRDF (Saudi nationals who have not previously been employed or registered in GOSI in the last 6 months).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with other productivity tools is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 High motivation to learn, grow, and build a career in consulting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
 </li>
 </ul>
