We&rsquo;re hiring: Senior Associate
 
As a Senior Associate, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving meaningful change &mdash; supporting team leadership, transforming data into powerful insights, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering compelling client presentations across multi-sector initiatives. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Lead analytical execution and deliver high-quality client outputs</li>
<li>Contribute to problem-solving and day-to-day client management</li>
<li>Translate innovative ideas into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations</li>
<li>Support and, where appropriate, own client communications</li>
<li>Guide and mentor analyst team members and oversee research efforts</li>
<li>Participate in and occasionally drive firm-wide initiatives</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li><ul>
<li>
4+ years of experience in consulting (management consulting preferred)</li>
<li>Strong client-facing experience with high attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative</li>
<li>Strong analytical skillset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (National ID or transferable Iqama)</li>
