We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior business development professionals to identify new opportunities, develop business proposals, and support our sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities:<ul>

Senior Analyst, Business Development

We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at TAM to take ownership of software testing activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
You will be responsible for designing and executing tests, debugging and proposing corrective actions, and reviewing system requirements. You will also monitor all stages of the software development lifecycle to identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
As part of an agile team alongside Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and fellow QA Engineers, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and product managers, working in an open and respectful environment that values transparency, continuous learning, and improvement.
We expect you to deliver reliable and efficient tests on time, leveraging your engineering background to provide end-to-end solutions for software quality challenges.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Manage and execute exploratory, functional, and automated testing across multiple products.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.</li>
<li>Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate testing activities, documenting and tracking bugs effectively.</li>
<li>Build and execute automation scripts using open-source tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber).</li>
<li>Organize testing processes for new and existing products to meet business and customer needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (developers, product managers, support) to define and validate system requirements.</li>
<li>Represent QA during Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).</li>
<li>Track QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts, and provide regular reporting.</li>
<li>Analyze causes of non-conforming software and recommend corrective solutions.</li>
<li>Identify and define opportunities for quality improvements and ensure implementation.</li>
<li>Contribute to knowledge sharing and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
2+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.</li>
<li>Solid experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing.
</li><li>Experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium.</li>
<li>Basic scripting/coding knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and good understanding of SQL.</li>
<li>Experience testing APIs and Web Services (Postman, SoapUI).
</li><li>Familiarity with issue and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Quality Center).</li>
<li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles and CI/CD best practices.</li>
<li>Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.</li>
<li>BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul></div>

Quality Assurance Engineer

We are currently looking for Associates to join our Advisory team, who are going to be responsible for supporting team leadership by collecting and conducting analysis, creating recommendations, delivering impactful and clear client presentations. 
Key responsibilities and objectives:<ul>
<li>Manage the analytical execution and development of client deliverables</li>
<li>Construct financial models and create presentations</li>
<li>Contribute to the team&rsquo;s problem solving and client management</li>
<li>Generate creative ideas and turn them into client ready recommendations</li>
<li>Assist with or owning communications and interactions with clients</li>
<li>Manage analyst team members including research efforts</li>
<li>Participate in and drive firm initiatives</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>+3 years of experience in consultancy, preferably in management consultancy with track record of working with client team</li>
<li>Experience fostering client relationships for effective project management with attention to details</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills that allow to thrive in a team environment</li>
<li>Ability to oversee and manage Junior team members</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in absence of daily supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative</li>
<li>Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment</li>
<li>Proficiency with core analytical tools and approaches</li>
<li>Knowledge of desktop computing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to work based on National ID or transferable Iqama</li>
