 General Qualifications

 3+ years of experience in designing world-class complex commercial apps in-house,
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio featuring examples of product design work,
 </li>
 <li>
 Feel at home with tools such as Figma,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong design skills on mobile and web platforms,
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to clearly articulate design decisions,
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to take ownership of design process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour,
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean visual design sense,
 </li>
 <li>
 Love to solve problems and be challenged,
 </li>
 <li>
 To be a constant learner. You will be always growing - both personally and with the team.

 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Working in a cross-functional, distributed team with the product owners, engineers, data scientists, and other coworkers. You will both be actively involved in defining the problems facing the company and its clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be in charge of defining solutions that solve problems simply and elegantly while paying attention to every little detail, from designing user flows to prototypes.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will conduct user testing workshops and guerrilla testing because we love reducing the complexity of a chaotic environment into the simplicity of a beautiful solution that actually meets customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Once that&rsquo;s done, iterate, implement with the technical team and present the final solution during the design reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 We believe in continuous improvement, so you&rsquo;ll review the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
 </li>
 <li>
