<div>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, repairs, renovations, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies. This position supports the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager in carrying out maintenance programs, policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance initiatives to ensure the community is well maintained and operating efficiently.</div>

<div></div><div><b>Work Orders and Repairs</b></div>
<ul><li>Complete resident work orders and repairs promptly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Estimate time, materials, and scope of repairs when needed.</li>
<li>Respond to maintenance needs across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, drywall, pools, spas, water features, and trash management systems.</li>

<li>Painting, drywall repair and general carpentry</li>

<ul><li>Oversee and complete resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.</li>
