We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Opera PMS and a strong background in handling reservations, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent guest service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all reservation inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other channels.</li><li>Accurately input, update, and manage reservations using Opera PMS.</li><li>Coordinate with the front office, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services.</li><li>Maximize occupancy and revenue by up-selling and promoting special offers.</li><li>Ensure all guest requests and preferences are recorded and followed up.</li><li>Handle guest complaints or concerns tactfully and escalate when necessary.</li><li>Prepare and update daily reservation reports as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Reservation Agent in a hotel or hospitality environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Opera PMS (Opera knowledge is mandatory).</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
