 Your role
 
 
 
 As a Content Specialist at Tamara, you will shape how our Customer Experience team communicates, learns, and operates. Your core mission will be to build and maintain high-impact internal and external content, including Knowledge Base (KB) articles, Help Center resources, chatbot flows. This role is critical to ensuring operational consistency, agent empowerment, and self-service success &mdash; all through content that is structured, accessible, and always up to date.
 
 
 The selected candidate will be part of the end-to-end revamp of Tamara&rsquo;s Knowledge Base within first six months, collaborating closely with Ops, Product, and Training to embed content governance and drive content-led service excellence.
 
 This role is based on site in our Riyadh office.
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge Base &amp; Help Center
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the structure and maintenance of Tamara&rsquo;s internal Knowledge Base and external Help Center (for both customers and merchants).
 </li>

 Redesign content as part of the KB revamp, ensuring usability, accuracy, and compliance.

 Establish and enforce content review cadences and ownership models with relevant teams.

 Experience &amp; Background

 2&ndash;3 years of experience in CX content, knowledge management, technical writing, or internal communications.
 </li>

 Demonstrated experience managing structured content across multiple audiences and touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior exposure to fast-paced tech or fintech environments is a plus.

 As an Instructional Designer in our contact center team, you will create engaging, effective learning content that supports onboarding, upskilling, and performance across our contact center teams. Working closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and operations leaders, you&rsquo;ll build digital and blended learning solutions that reflect our brand, simplify complexity, and drive results.  Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
 
 Collections Operations Associate
 
 to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing daily collection operations and ensuring governance through reconciliation, handling customer complaints, and maintaining quality assurance. The successful candidate will possess strong operational efficiency and excellent communication skills to support the development of our payment systems and collection strategies.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Reconcile daily bank transactions for customer collections and ensure timely, accurate updates of payment information within the internal system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit, Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment postings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the collection customer complaint queue and ensure timely and effective resolution of mail requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular audits of collection calls to ensure adherence to compliance, tone, and process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback and recommendations for performance improvements in DCA collection practices based on the regular audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on DCA requests related to customer loan restructuring and Late fee removal etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend automation and efficiency improvements in the collections operations lifecycle wherever possible.

 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in operations, collections, finance operations, or reconciliation roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reconciliation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to quickly learn and retain new procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with banking transactions, financial systems, and collection platforms is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
