Job Description:
The Marketing Artist is responsible for ideating and producing engaging video ads that effectively promote our games to our target audience across various ad networks. Your expertise in motion design, animation, graphic design, and AI-generated art will be instrumental in driving our marketing campaigns and enhancing our brand presence. The ideal candidate should be a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of visual aesthetics, trends, and experience working with various multimedia software and tools.
What You Will Do:<ul>
<li>
Develop high-quality motion graphics and video editing for user acquisition campaigns, app store assets, social media content, and other marketing materials.</li>
<li>Produce compelling video ads that creatively integrate animated gameplay and graphic elements.</li>
<li>Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of assets that meet quality standards and campaign goals.</li>
<li>Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and conceptualizing creative ideas for marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.</li>
<li>Analyze ad performance metrics and apply insights to enhance engagement and user acquisition.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze competitors' advertising creative strategies, and messaging to gain insights and stay ahead of the competition.</li>
<li>Utilize AI-generated art tools to create consistent and innovative visual content, enhancing the efficiency and creativity of marketing assets.</li>
<li>Continuously improve creative ideation and production skill sets to push the boundaries of mobile game advertising.</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in film, Marketing, Advertising, Animation, or a related field.</li>
<li>3 years of experience in content creation, videography, motion graphics and animation for video ad production.</li>
<li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).</li>
<li>Experience with AI-generated art tools to create consistent and innovative visual content.</li>
<li>Strong graphic design abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive ideas from conception to completion, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>A portfolio showcasing relevant work in video ads, motion graphics, animation, and social media content creation.</li>

Familiarity with UGC-style content production, including filming real people and integrating them into game ads.</li>

As a Marketing Artist Intern, you won't just be watching; you will be learning from senior artists and assisting on real projects. You will help create high-performance video ads and visuals that will be seen by thousands of players, directly contributing to our user acquisition campaigns.
What You Will Do<ul>

<li>Technical Skills: Utilize industry-standard tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) to polish assets and bring creative briefs to life.</li>
<li>Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in gaming memes, visual design, and video marketing.</li>

Requirements<ul><li>

Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Animation, Film, Marketing, or a related field.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Portfolio (Required): A link to a portfolio or reel showcasing your sense of timing, motion, and design (Academic, personal, or professional projects are all welcome).</li>
<li>Software Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop).</li>
<li>Gaming Passion: A genuine love for mobile games and an understanding of what makes a game look fun.</li>
<li>Soft Skills: A strong willingness to learn, ability to accept creative feedback, and a collaborative attitude.</li>

<div>As a Community Support Specialist at Tamatem: you will serve as a liaison between our company and our users by providing problem-solving solutions to end users, ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
