We specialize in solid gold and silver jewelry, custom manufacturing, jewelry repair, and gold and silver buying and selling. Our business operates both in-store and online through platforms such as Shopify and TikTok Shop.This is a high-volume, high-energy operation. We move fast, expect excellence, and take ownership seriously.About the RoleWe are seeking a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the business owner directly. This is an in-person, part-time role based in McAllen and requires flexibility, discretion, and strong initiative.You will handle a combination of business and personal tasks and must be comfortable shifting priorities quickly. No task is too small&mdash;if it needs to be done, you take care of it.This role involves access to sensitive business and personal information. Absolute confidentiality is mandatory.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively manage the owner&rsquo;s calendar, appointments, and schedule</li><li>Handle business errands and logistics, including supply pickups, drop-offs, and time-sensitive tasks</li><li>Screen, respond to, and draft emails and messages on behalf of the owner</li><li>Run personal errands as needed (reservations, purchases, travel arrangements, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external contacts</li><li>Anticipate needs, follow up without being prompted, and ensure every task is completed and closed out</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Extremely organized with strong attention to detail (mistakes cost time and money)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable personal transportation</li><li>Proficient with smartphones, email, Google Calendar, and basic productivity apps</li><li>Demonstrates initiative and ownership&mdash;does not wait to be told what to do next</li><li>Maintains absolute discretion and professionalism at all times</li></ul>Dealbreakers &mdash; Do Not Apply If:<ul><li>You cannot keep information confidential</li><li>You require constant supervision or hand-holding</li><li>You have a history of unreliability, no-call/no-shows, or poor follow-through</li><li>You are not available for flexible hours when needed</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
