 1. Customer Care &amp; Relationship Management

 Handle customer inquiries and feedback through calls, emails, or in-person visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain excellent client relationships by offering prompt assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct client visits whenever it&rsquo;s needed to address the requirements and gather feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth order processing, service delivery, and issue resolution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Brand Representation &amp; Corporate Events
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in planning and coordinating company participation in business events and networking activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a professional and approachable presence as the company&rsquo;s ambassador during external engagements.
 </li>

 3. Social Media &amp; Digital Presence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage social media accounts by planning, posting, and scheduling regular content updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest creative content ideas aligned with the company&rsquo;s brand tone and marketing goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 4. Content Arabization &amp; Localization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate and adapt business content (posters, documents, web pages, etc.) into Arabic while maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance from time to time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with internal and external teams to ensure all materials meet local standards and brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and proofread translated materials for clarity and tone consistency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Qualities &amp; Skills Required:

 Excellent communication skills in
 
 Arabic and English
 
 (spoken and written). Hindi is an advantage.
 </li>

 Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities with a customer-first mindset and Business Development.

 Smart, well-groomed, and confident in public representation and client interactions.
 </li>

 Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
