 We are currently looking for a Director, Business Development &amp; Sales to join our Digital team, this role is going to be responsible for full sales cycle, client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing and building teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offerings.
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities and objectives:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Builds deep, long-term business relationships at a strategic and decision-making levels with the intention of placing TAM as a trusted strategic partner
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a qualified government pipeline funnel across priority public entities (e.g., Culture, Tourism, Education, Health, Municipal &amp; Rural Affairs, giga-projects)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle B2G sales: Prospect &rarr; qualify &rarr; solution/PoC &rarr; proposal/RFP response &rarr; commercial negotiation &rarr; award &rarr; handover
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage registrations and procurement navigation, pre-qualifications, framework agreements, and RFP/mini-bid processes (e.g., Etimad); prepare single/limited-tender justifications when applicable
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate agency pain points into sharp concepts/PoCs with measurable outcomes, working with pre-sales, product, engineering, and delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Build multi-threaded relationships (business owners, CIO/CTO, procurement, finance, legal); secure executive sponsors
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-sell with cloud providers, SIs, and ISVs; craft joint offerings tailored to government needs (data residency, cybersecurity, integration)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clean CRM, realistic forecasts, and deal/risk reviews; ensure terms protect margin and delivery feasibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Track public budgets, programs, competitors, and policy items affecting digital/AI procurement; feed insights to leadership
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Saudi national with strong government-sector network and private-sector company experience (vendor/SaaS/SI/product)
 </li>
 <li>
 8-10 years of experience, 5+ years closing government digital/AI/data/software deals in KSA from the private-sector side
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven sales records: multi-stakeholder government wins, with references
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in procurement: registrations, pre-quals, RFPs, framework agreements, and award processes (e.g., Etimad)
 </li>
 <li>
 Value storytelling: Business-case selling (impact on citizen experience, efficiency, compliance, risk reduction)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual: Arabic &amp; English; strong executive communication and negotiation
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial acumen: Pricing, margin, SoWs, milestones, and government payment terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Existing relationships with decision makers in Culture, Tourism, Education, Sports, Health, Municipal, and giga-projects
 </li>

 Manage the analytical execution and development of client deliverables

 Construct financial models and create presentations
 </li>

 Contribute to the team's problem solving and client management

 Assist with or owning communications and interactions with clients

 Manage analyst team members including research efforts

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 +3 years of experience in consultancy, preferably in management consultancy with track record of working with client team
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience fostering client relationships for effective project management with attention to details
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills that allow to thrive in a team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to oversee and manage Junior team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently in absence of daily supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with core analytical tools and approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of desktop computing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work based on National ID or transferable Iqama
 
 
 </li>
