You will specialize in connecting clients with upcoming projects, guiding investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and maximizing sales opportunities in Dubai&rsquo;s fast-growing property market. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Promote and sell off-plan properties directly from top-tier Dubai developers.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.</li><li>
Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.</li><li>
Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.</li><li>

You will focus on the resale of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through smooth transactions, and connecting buyers with the best investment opportunities in Dubai&rsquo;s secondary market. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Handle resale listings, including Residential, plots, villas &amp; townhouses across Dubai.</li><li>
Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners.</li><li>
Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale properties.</li><li>
Build strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.</li><li>
Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.</li><li>
Stay updated on Dubai&rsquo;s real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on all leads.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets.</li><li>

Requirements

Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures.</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.</li><li>
Proven track record in closing resale deals.</li><li>
Must be currently based in Dubai.</li><li>
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>
Valid UAE driving license required.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.</li></ul>
