Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.Tandem Enterprises II dba Scooter&rsquo;s Coffee Manager in Training for both Perry IA - Job DescriptionResponsibilities of Manager include, but are not limited to:Leading &amp; Coaching the Team● Hold the team accountable ● Direct the barista station workflow and maintain quality and speed of service ● Maintain confident, positive demeanor during stressful circumstances ● Provide feedback and encouragement to employees ● Answer questions and field team member phone calls as needed○ Use good judgement to know when to contact Store Owner with emergency situationsPaperwork Tasks &amp; Meetings - Under Supervision of Manager● Complete inventory and enter Harvest order in shopping cart each week ● Complete payroll and submit to payroll provider on a bi-weekly basis. ● Interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees ● Check Tandem Enterprises email address daily (during scheduled working hours) and respond to emails from Corporate and Store Owners in a timely fashion● Other tasks as assigned by Store Owner at their discretion ● Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with Store Owner.
