ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Monitor global events, threats, and risks using intelligence platforms, news sources, and internal systems.
</li><li>Analyze security incidents in real time and escalate critical issues to leadership as appropriate.
</li><li>Provide timely alerts, reports, and situational updates to stakeholders.
</li><li>Support incident response and crisis management activities as directed.
</li><li>Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation of incidents and actions taken.
</li><li>Conduct ongoing threat assessments, trend analysis, and intelligence reporting.
</li><li>Collaborate with internal security, safety, and business continuity teams to ensure a coordinated response.
</li><li>Operate effectively in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
</li><li>Participate in projects, training exercises, and security drills as assigned.
</li><li>Assist in testing CSOC systems, tools, and procedures and suggest any opportunities for improvement.
</li><li>Provide backup support for other GSOC team members during absences or high-volume periods.
</li><li>Participate in after-action reviews and lessons learned documentation.
</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.

</li><li>Resilience: Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure or during crisis situations.
</li></ul>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
<ul><li>High School diploma and 1-2 Years of relevant experience in emergency management, corporate security, infrastructure monitoring, or crisis management or combination of education and relevant experience.
</li></ul>PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in criminal justice, crisis management or related field.
</li><li>Prior work in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or Cyber/Corporate Security Operations Center (CSOC).
