 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the implementation of directives related to the identification and establishment of procedures and controls concerning governance, to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and participate in leading the technical governance process across all program departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and develop processes, procedures, and work templates in coordination with "Tanmiah" departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a culture of compliance and quality by contributing to the development of appropriate mechanisms for all initiatives, aiming to achieve effective integration among "Tanmiah" operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop the governance framework and oversee its implementation within " Tanmiah".
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare governance-related policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in reviewing and assessing the roles and responsibilities of " Tanmiah" operations, the authority matrix, and delegation limits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review the governance framework, develop related policies, and promote its principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the annual governance report and periodic governance reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead workshops and awareness sessions for employees on corporate governance policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress in implementing corrective and preventive actions and closing non-compliance cases related to governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide performance reports on compliance with governance policies and procedures within "Tanmiah&rdquo;.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare accurate and timely reports to meet "Tanmiah" requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Business Administration or any related field.
 
 
 &bull; Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
 
 
 &bull; Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Work Conditions:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
 </li>
 <li>
 Working hours: 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Office-based work at the program&rsquo;s headquarters in Riyadh.
 </li>
