Key Requirements * Experience: 4 to 8 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory role, preferably within manpower, facilities management, construction, or a related service industry. * Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Management, or Human Resources) is preferred. Core Responsibilities The Manpower Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: * Personnel Management: * Supervising and managing the daily activities of assigned manpower (laborers, technicians, etc.) across various sites or projects. * Conducting daily briefings and assigning tasks based on project schedules and priorities. * Monitoring worker performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. * Handling on-site employee relations and disciplinary issues in coordination with HR. * Operational Oversight: * Ensuring the efficient deployment and utilization of personnel and equipment. * Coordinating with project managers or client representatives to meet operational deadlines and service level agreements. * Maintaining accurate records of working hours, project progress, and material usage. * Safety and Compliance: * Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring all safety protocols and PPE requirements are strictly followed. * Conducting regular site inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards. * Investigating and reporting all incidents, accidents, and near misses. * Reporting and Administration: * Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports on manpower status, operational issues, and performance metrics to senior management. * Assisting in the orientation and on-the-job training of new hires.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
