TAO CleanCustomer Service RepresentativeCompensation: $16.00&ndash;$17.00/hour, paid semi-monthly, plus a $350/month performance bonus after successful completion of a 60-day probationary periodAbout the RoleTAO Clean is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle day-to-day support and help us get smarter about how we support customers over time. Most of your day will be spent answering questions and solving problems over email, chat, and phone. As you get comfortable in the role, you'll also start digging into the data behind our support - response times, CSAT, recurring complaints - and using it to help us fix what isn't working.What You'll Do<ul><li>Answer customer questions and issues by email, chat, and phone - quickly and without dropping the ball. Troubleshoot order and product problems using our tools: Gorgias, Aircall, Shopify, and Happy Returns. Know our products and policies well enough to give customers a real answer, not a runaround. Flag patterns you notice - a product issue that keeps coming up, a policy that's confusing people - to the right team. Keep up with a busy queue without letting response quality slip, and hit our SLA targets. Stay patient and professional with frustrated customers, and adjust your tone to fit the situation. Pull together basic reporting on things like response time, resolution rate, and CSAT. Work with your manager on ideas to improve team performance, including incentive programs. Loop in operations, marketing, or product when customer feedback points to something bigger. Help train new hires as the team grows. Speak up when you spot a workflow or tool that's slowing the team down, and suggest a fix.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Someone who writes and speaks clearly, and genuinely likes helping people. Comfortable juggling several conversations at once without getting rattled. Experience with tools like Gorgias, Aircall, Shopify, or Happy Returns is a plus - not required. Interested in numbers: you don't need a background in analytics, but you should be willing to look at the data and ask why.
