The GRC Team
The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Team is a dedicated group of professionals who diligently navigate the complex world of financial regulations. They ensure our unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance and the highest industry standards, designing robust risk management strategies, and cultivating a culture of transparency and accountability. In an ever-evolving landscape, the GRC Team safeguards our company and clients from potential risks, making every payment a testament to our dedication to ethical conduct and responsible financial practices. 
As a Tapster you will:<ul>
<li>
 Lead and manage the internal audit function, developing strategic plans for assessing financial and operational controls, risk management, and compliance.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and evaluate potential areas of risk within the organization, devising tailored audit programs in response.</li>
<li>Analyze financial data, scrutinize operational processes, and review internal controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports, detailing findings and offering actionable recommendations and time-bound action plans.</li>
<li>Prepare required reports and updates for the audit committee, ensuring they are well-informed of audit progress, findings, and initiatives.</li>
<li>Stay updated and ensure company-wide adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Forge strong collaborations with diverse teams to drive process improvements and strengthen controls.</li>
<li>Maintain a meticulously organized library of audit documentation, ensuring alignment with professional and company standards.</li>
<li>Adapt and diversify your role, embracing other duties based on evolving business needs and personal growth within the function.</li>
<li>Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.</li></ul> 
What you will bring to the party:<ul>

 3+ years of role-specific experience and have begun to master your craft</li>
<li>Well-versed in PayTech</li>
<li>Preferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted</li>
<li>Demonstrates a high level of client/merchant/stakeholder service</li>
<li>Awareness of when to escalate issues or service concerns</li>
<li>Resilient and flexible, learning from experience</li>
<li>Leadership skills and ability to work without supervision</li>
<li>Shares knowledge and expertise openly</li>
<li>Hands-on approach and team leader qualities</li>

Internal Audit Lead

The Compliance Team
Our compliance team believes merchant payments should be ultra-safe and secure. That's why they work hand-in-hand with regulators throughout the region. With the key purpose of creating a safe transaction environment for our global merchants and if you share similar beliefs, this might be the team for you. 
As a Tapster you will:<ul>
<li>
 Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures</li>
</ul><ul><li>Conduct regular compliance monitoring and risk assessments</li>
<li>Review and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals</li>
<li>Prepare reports on compliance-related activities</li>
<li>Respond to compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Monitor regulatory developments and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders</li>
<li>Assist with regulatory reporting requirements</li>
<li>Assist with compliance training for staff</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of compliance activities</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate compliance risks, including tasks related to the Anti-Money Laundering &amp; Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML&amp;CFT)</li>
<li>Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role</li>
<li>Additionally, collaborate with the Board Secretary to support administrative tasks and ensure regulatory compliance and good corporate governance practices across organisational functions</li></ul> 
What you will bring to the party:<ul>
<li>
 1-2 years of role-specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth Startups</li>
<li>Preferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted.</li>
<li>Ability to establish credibility and internal relationships</li>
<li>Understanding of client/merchant/stakeholder care</li>
<li>Awareness of how your role supports the business</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for working in a growing fintech</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team and follow daily tasks</li>
<li>Skills and knowledge to actively participate in meetings</li>
<li>Ability to deliver work on time</li>
<li>Problem-solving and quick-thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to organize information and ask relevant questions</li>
