The Compliance Team</b></p><p><br>
Our compliance team believes merchant payments should be ultra-safe and secure. That's why they work hand-in-hand with regulators throughout MENA. As a Tapster you will:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Support the fraud specialists reviewing alerts and reports to identify suspicious activity, as the point of escalation..</p></li><li><div>
Analyze fraud trends and makes recommendations for fraud prevention processes.</div></li><li><div>
Use a variety of tools, systems and reports to detect fraud trends.</div></li><li><div>
Review accounts and transactions for potential fraud.</div></li><li><div>
Work closely with the wider fraud team and onboarding/activations teams to implement recommendations.</div></li><li><div>
Work closely with the Fraud Manager on improvements to the fraud review process.</div></li><li><div>
Manage a team of reports and is responsible for scheduling, regular check-ins, and mid-year/year-end reviews.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate frequently with the Fraud Manager</div></li><li><div>
Assist management and internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering, including KYC requirements and sanction regulations.</div></li><li><div>
Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b>
What you will bring to the party:</b></div><ul><li><p>
4-6 years of role-specific experience and have begun to master your craft</p></li><li><div>
Well-versed in PayTech</div></li><li><div>
Preferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrates a high level of client/merchant/stakeholder service</div></li><li><div>
Awareness of when to escalate issues or service concerns</div></li><li><div>
Resilient and flexible, learn from experience</div></li><li><div>
Leadership skills and ability to work without supervision</div></li><li><div>
Shares knowledge and expertise openly</div></li><li><div>
