What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds.</li><li>
Inspect lighting, HVAC units, plumbing, safety equipment, and other areas regularly.</li><li>
Assist residents with minor repairs and moves.</li><li>
Maintain lawns, landscaping, outdoor areas, and community vehicles.</li><li>
Troubleshoot maintenance problems and coordinate with vendors for complex repairs.</li><li>
Ensure maintenance coverage for after-hours emergencies.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 

What You&rsquo;ll Need:</h3><ul><li>
Prior experience in building maintenance (Assisted Living experience preferred).</li><li>
Knowledge of:<ul><li>
Plumbing: commodes, fixtures, drains, heaters, dishwashers, ice machines.</li><li>
HVAC: operation/mechanics of heat pumps, refrigeration systems.</li><li>
Electrical systems: wiring, voltage, amperage.</li><li>
Mechanics: design and operation of engines.</li></ul></li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean record.</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly, use sound judgment, and handle emergencies effectively.</li></ul>
