Company: Taphouse Location: Goa Experience: Fresher / 0&ndash;3 yearsRole OverviewTaphouse is looking for a young, dynamic Marketing Executive to help drive brand visibility and growth across digital, on-ground, and trade marketing channels. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams, external partners, and collaborators to execute impactful marketing initiatives across Goa.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and approach influencers for brand collaborations and marketing campaigns</li><li>Approach and collaborate with event management companies for brand activations and tie-ups</li><li>Activate restaurants, bars, and venues through promotions, branding, and marketing initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with artists, performers, and quiz hosts for branded events and engagements</li><li>Approach festivals for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and on-ground visibility</li><li>Plan and execute digital marketing activities in coordination with the marketing team</li><li>Support field marketing and on-ground promotions, including events and activations</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to identify key outlets/stores for branding and marketing</li><li>Manage product placements at events, partner venues, and retail points</li><li>Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including creating branded merchandise in collaboration with the marketing team</li><li>Track marketing activities and share basic performance and execution reports</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, events, or hospitality marketing</li><li>Young, energetic, and comfortable with field work and on-ground execution</li><li>Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills</li><li>Willingness to travel locally and work during events/weekends when required</li><li>Interest in alco-bev, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hands-on exposure to brand building in the alco-bev industry</li><li>Opportunity to work on live events, festivals, collaborations, and activations</li><li>Fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment</li><li>Scope for learning and career growth within the brand</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business development: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
