 🌟 Key Responsibilities &ndash; What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Literature survey report preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize for relevant patents and papers from literature
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize / order raw materials / chemicals from different vendors / plants
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a most economical / eco &ndash; friendly commercially viable technology at bench scale APIs by effective use of sustainability tool &amp; Statistical (DOE) tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in cross-functional project teams and contributing to scientific strategies and goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Presenting data and reports on project status at meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to the development of based technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshooting and maintaining synthesis equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in optimization and automation improvements for enhancing synthesis capacity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in solid-phase synthesis, analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR), and data analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines is also important
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily experimental planning, execution, recording &amp; data Compilation
 </li>
 <li>
 To meet EHS and compliance expectation
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting/report preparation of Genotoxic &amp; nitrosamine impurities
 </li>
 <li>
 To prepare reports such as safety, vendor qualification reports,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting/Preparation of Process development report, ACMI report
 </li>
 <li>
 Technology transfer.
 </li>
 <li>
 RMC sheet preparation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for candidates with a strong academic background and hands-on industry experience in organic chemistry. The ideal candidate will have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience OR
 </li>
 <li>
 Ph.D. in Chemistry with at least 1-2 years of experience in process development and scale-up.
 
 
 </li>
