 Job Description
 
 
 
 🚀 We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on Senior Supervisor Production with strong expertise in batch manufacturing, process optimization, and team leadership.  Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing daily and monthly production Planning and adherence
 </li>
 <li>
 Process optimization, team supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and efficiency goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring proper solvent recovery, yield, waste management, and preventive maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely execution of batch manufacturing as per SOPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores and planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise critical process parameters and troubleshoot deviations
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for Process validation and equipment qualifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure &amp; Approve production-related documentation including BMRs, logbooks, and deviation reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support scale-up and technology transfer activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and logbooks
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and batch release.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and train production operators and shift supervisors
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing and monitoring GMP standards with 24*7 ATR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate &amp; Lead in internal and external audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement CAPAs and ensure timely closure of audit observations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of chemical reactions, equipment handling, and process safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with GMP documentation and regulatory expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing technology transfer and scale-up of new products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage production staff and Responsible for conducting training sessions on departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and overseeing the qualification process of departmental personnel.

Job Description 
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Physically check, verify quantity, and unload incoming RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and R&amp;D consignments.</li><li>
Prepare GRR (Goods Receipt Report) and related documentation.</li><li>
Label all incoming materials (Quarantine, Released, Rejected, Sampled).</li><li>
Maintain daily receipt and pending vehicle reports.</li></ul>
&#65039; Storage &amp; Segregation<ul><li>
Store materials in quarantine and arrange for inspection and clearance.</li><li>
Segregate and store rejected materials in designated areas.</li></ul>
Compliance &amp; Record-Keeping<ul><li>
Maintain GMP documentation and follow safety protocols.</li><li>
Keep controlled substance registers (e.g., Methanol, Absolute Alcohol, Acetic Anhydride).</li><li>
Forward GRRs, invoices, and tax forms to relevant departments (Accounts, Excise).</li></ul>
Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>
Coordinate with Supply Chain &amp; Logistics for rejected goods return and DTA sales.</li><li>
Assist in loading spent solvents/scrap.</li><li>
Serve as backup for Assistant Officer Warehouse.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by the department in-charge.</li></ul>
&#65039; Key Skills:<ul><li>
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures</li><li>
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)</li><li>
Safety compliance</li><li>

Job Description 
We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive Engineering &amp; Maintenance (Mechanical) Lead with deep expertise in mechanical systems, utilities, and plant operations. If you thrive in preventive and breakdown maintenance, HVAC and water systems management, budget oversight, and driving continuous improvement through SOPs and system upgrades, this opportunity in a dynamic production environment is for you.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for qualification of equipments &amp; critical utility systems and their maintenance.
2. Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of all the mechanical equipments of Production Plant, Utilities, ETP &amp; off sites etc.
3. Maintenance of critical utilities like HVAC System, Process Water/DI Water System &amp; Brine System.
4. Responsible for operations of HVAC system &amp; Brine system in the plant area.
5. Identification and preparation of critical spare parts list and its procurement with the help of Procurement department.
6. Establishing maintenance schedule of Equipment, facilities and ensure its implementation. Implementation of routine instructions, periodical replacement of worn-out parts, repair of faults and malfunctions.
7. Acquisition of new systems/plant and their incorporation into the plant activities.
8. Managing &amp; implementing systems improvement programmes &amp; changes as per process requirement and as per Change Control Procedure.
9. Indenting and managing the spare parts and maintenance material.
10. Monitoring of Revenue Budget.
11. Preparation and monitoring of Capex Budget under system improvement programme.
12. Preparation of SOPs related to Engineering/maintenance and training for implementation.
13. Meeting with internal customer to understand and re-solve the issues on day-to-day basis.
14. Conducting work relations with suppliers, Sub-Contractors and planning firms.
15. To co-ordinate within the department for re-solving any issues of plant related to Instrumentation, Electrical &amp; Civil.
16. Conducting training for subordinates for their development.
17. To carry out self audits.
18. To identify &amp; implement the energy conservation measure.
19. To perform any other job as assigned. 
Qualifications

Education: BE / B.Tech. - Mechanical</li><li>
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience. We are ideally looking for candidates coming from API / Chemical Industry.</li><li>
