Job Description 
We&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Track Lead with hands-on expertise in plant engineering, project execution, and compliance. If you excel in managing new installations, coordinating with vendors and consultants, overseeing preventive maintenance of cGMP equipment, and ensuring safety and GMP standards across plant operations, this opportunity to lead technical excellence and drive impactful upgrades is for you.
Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Overall responsible for New Project, Modification jobs activity in the plant as per requirement of site.</li><li>
Project management and execution of new and expansion project from Design to till handing over to plant. Also closing of project with capitalization.</li><li>
Responsible for execution of project with given time line.</li><li>
Compliance of all statutory &amp; GMP requirement in new project.</li><li>
Design &amp; compliance of safety practices at site and to ensure zero reportable incidents.</li><li>
Coordination with consultant for technical aspect.</li><li>
Evaluation of Design, drawing, technical specification as per Teva Standards.</li><li>
Procurement assistance to SCM for project.</li><li>
Installation and commissioning of project as per standard/ Teva guidelines. Indenting of material and technical evaluation of vendors.</li><li>
Coordination with all vendor/ consultant for deliverables.</li><li>
Responsible for project result, forecasting and controlling-project schedule &amp; cost.</li><li>
Preparations of budget estimate for proposed/ new project.</li><li>
Manpower &amp; Contract Management</li><li>
Responsible for attending/rectification of mechanical breakdowns in the plant through job orders/permits.</li><li>
Responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment&rsquo;s as per schedule&amp; closer in ERP system.</li><li>
Co-ordinate with other service team for problem rectification in plant.</li><li>
Responsible to overall maintenance of production block.</li><li>
Responsible to carry out the preventive maintenance/overhauling of cGMP Equipment, critical equipment and its subparts etc. as per schedule.</li><li>
Responsible for spare part main</li><li>
Preparation of Equipment Layout, Plant Layout, P &amp; ID (Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagram), PFD (Process Flow Diagram).</li><li>
Responsible for Permit issuance &amp; safety compliance of assigned plant.</li><li>
Responsible for GMP&amp; EHS CAPA and deviation closure and updation.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
The ideal candidate must be:<ul><li>
Education: BE / B.Tech. - Mechanical</li><li>
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience. We are ideally looking for candidates coming from API / Chemical / Pharma Industry.</li><li>

Job Description 
We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive Engineering &amp; Maintenance (Mechanical) Lead with deep expertise in mechanical systems, utilities, and plant operations. If you thrive in preventive and breakdown maintenance, HVAC and water systems management, budget oversight, and driving continuous improvement through SOPs and system upgrades, this opportunity in a dynamic production environment is for you.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for qualification of equipments &amp; critical utility systems and their maintenance.
2. Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of all the mechanical equipments of Production Plant, Utilities, ETP &amp; off sites etc.
3. Maintenance of critical utilities like HVAC System, Process Water/DI Water System &amp; Brine System.
4. Responsible for operations of HVAC system &amp; Brine system in the plant area.
5. Identification and preparation of critical spare parts list and its procurement with the help of Procurement department.
6. Establishing maintenance schedule of Equipment, facilities and ensure its implementation. Implementation of routine instructions, periodical replacement of worn-out parts, repair of faults and malfunctions.
7. Acquisition of new systems/plant and their incorporation into the plant activities.
8. Managing &amp; implementing systems improvement programmes &amp; changes as per process requirement and as per Change Control Procedure.
9. Indenting and managing the spare parts and maintenance material.
10. Monitoring of Revenue Budget.
11. Preparation and monitoring of Capex Budget under system improvement programme.
12. Preparation of SOPs related to Engineering/maintenance and training for implementation.
13. Meeting with internal customer to understand and re-solve the issues on day-to-day basis.
14. Conducting work relations with suppliers, Sub-Contractors and planning firms.
15. To co-ordinate within the department for re-solving any issues of plant related to Instrumentation, Electrical &amp; Civil.
16. Conducting training for subordinates for their development.
17. To carry out self audits.
18. To identify &amp; implement the energy conservation measure.
19. To perform any other job as assigned.

 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced analytical scientist to support method development, validation, and technology transfer activities for pharmaceutical products. The role involves close collaboration with chemical research teams and production sites to ensure analytical excellence and regulatory compliance.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop analytical methods for in-process materials, raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct carryover studies for reagents and genotoxic impurities
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform method validation, equipment cleaning validation, and stability analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Characterize and isolate impurities and support technology transfer to production
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare specifications, standard test procedures (STPs), and qualification protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide analytical support to chemical research teams for process development and optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP and safety standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation in lab notebooks and equipment records as per SOPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and consumables
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
