Job Description &ndash; Mechanical Maintenance EngineerPosition: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Experience Required: 1&ndash;3 Years Location: [Company Location] Department: Maintenance / Engineering Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Work Mode: On-siteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment, automation machinery, and assembly line maintenance. The role focuses on ensuring smooth machine operation, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement in production efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and pneumatic actuators</li><li>Maintain and service automation systems, conveyors, robotic arms, and assembly machines</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and procedures</li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machines/equipment</li><li>Monitor machine performance to improve equipment reliability and uptime</li><li>Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and spare parts inventory</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to resolve technical issues</li><li>Provide technical guidance and training to operators and junior technicians</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits</li><li>Experience in assembly line and industrial machine maintenance</li><li>Good problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, and Lean practices (preferred)</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, automation, or assembly line industry is an advantage</li></ul>Contact DetailsInterested candidates may contact: Miss Shubhangi &ndash; +91 90967 39335Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,131.61 - ₹45,240.27 per monthWork Location: In person
