 Position Summary
 
 
 
 
 In this role, you'll be responsible for graphic design from concept to execution across a variety of client projects in the sportswear and beauty industry as well as internal agency brand projects.&nbsp; You&rsquo;ll work closely with our CEO as well as our cross functional teams to bring graphic concepts to life.&nbsp;&nbsp;

 You&rsquo;ll develop creative design concepts and execute brand assets across multiple platforms for a variety of corporate clients.&nbsp; Your work will result in dynamic visual identity and assets that support digital and IRL activations.&nbsp; We expect clients to rave that you understand their needs and successfully help them achieve their marketing activation goals through your creative vision.&nbsp;

 Graphic Design Responsibilities:
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Developing, from both existing visual centers and scratch, brand identity for programs and activations
 
 
 
 
 &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Developing designs for emails, promotional marketing materials, social assets, event signage and beyond, translating client goals and objectives into concepts and execution
 
 
 
 
 &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Building comprehensive client proposals that illustrate ideas and concepts, for ideation through execution, translating into compelling creative strategies and visual identities&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Implementing and managing all aspects of creative execution across several areas including graphic design, photography, video, illustration, animation and spatial design
 
 
 
 
 &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Participating in weekly internal and external meetings to ensure projects progress with ease and efficiency&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Identifying areas of concern, before they happen, and creating a solution-focused plan to resolve them&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Developing and maintaining client relationships that result in good rapport, trust and ongoing engagements

 $70,000 to $90,000 compensation range, based on experience
