Role Summary: As an HR Generalist &amp; Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both HR generalist responsibilities and talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.</li></ul>HR Generalist Support:<ul><li>Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation coordination.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities, including event planning and surveys.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.</li><li>Provide administrative support for HR policies, processes, and programs.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.</li><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.</li><li>Contribute to a positive work environment by upholding the organization's culture and values.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Passion for learning about HR and talent acquisition.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.</li><li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the organization.</li><li>Networking opportunities with industry professionals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;8,086.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
