BridgeWater Assisted Living is currently seeking Certified Caregivers to assist to residents in the Assisted Living Program and Memory Care with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
*** Must have a caregiver certification through an Arizona NCIA board. ***
Now hiring for the following shifts:<ul><li>
6:00 AM to 2:00 PM</li><li>
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Take and record vital signs, including height, weight, and fluid intake/output</li><li>
Observe residents for any changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the supervisor</li><li>
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility</li><li>
Provide medication reminders and support with medication management in accordance with community policies</li><li>
Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with ambulation as needed</li><li>
Deliver basic skin care and support overall resident comfort and well-being</li><li>
Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs as directed</li><li>
Assist with and contribute to resident assessments and individualized care plans</li><li>
Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments</li><li>
Follow individualized care schedules and service plans established by supervisors</li><li>
Offer emotional support and encourage social engagement to enhance residents&rsquo; quality of life</li><li>
Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring dignity, respect, privacy, and independence at all times</li><li>
Monitor for and report any signs of abuse, neglect, or safety concerns</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with community standards</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Must have a caregiver certification through an Arizona NCIA board approved caregiver training course or willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.</li><li>
Previous experience in a related field highly preferred.</li><li>
Previous experience in Senior Living Community preferred.</li><li>
A High School diploma or GED.</li></ul></div>
