Key Responsibilities:<br>
 Demonstrate thought leadership in the application of data, analytics, and AI to<br>
influence merchandising strategy and outcomes<br>
 Independently translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical<br>
approaches, including scenario, decision, and action modelling<br>
 Partner with Target business stakeholders to understand priorities and roadmaps,<br>
validate analytical requirements, and present insights and recommendations with<br>
clarity and impact<br>
 Design, develop, and deliver analytical and AI-driven solutions (including GenAI,<br>
Agent, and Agentic approaches) that enable decision support, forecasting,<br>
optimization, and automation<br>
 Apply advanced analytics techniques, including causal, predictive, and prescriptive<br>
analytics, to drive deeper understanding of business levers and inform optimal<br>
actions<br>
 Work with large-scale datasets using platforms such as GCP BigQuery, Spark, and<br>
SQL-based data warehouses; build and maintain reliable data pipelines using Airflow<br>
or similar orchestration tools<br>
 Evaluate and monitor AI-driven analytical workflows, defining quality metrics (e.g.,<br>
accuracy, relevance), assessing reliability, and measuring tangible business impact<br>
 Synthesize complex analyses into compelling narratives; act as a strong storyteller<br>
who can influence executive and merchant audiences using data<br>
 Develop strong business acumen and cultivate trusted relationships with internal<br>
clients and partners<br>
 Create high-quality analytical and AI solution artifacts, documenting methodologies,<br>
assumptions, models, and decision logic<br>

With guidance from your direct leader, educate your team on how operational procedures, such as setting up and organizing merchandise, managing product accuracy and stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas, affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Help assess reporting to identify gaps in GM processes and assist to develop a plan to resolve for your direct leader to review and approve.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Assign daily tasks to TMs based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your direct leader.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
With your direct leader&rsquo;s guidance, help establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
With your direct leader&rsquo;s guidance, help with efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfillment work accurately (if applicable) and assess reporting in fulfillment to identify gaps and assist to develop a plan.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Help enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor while prioritizing guest experience. Collaborate with all teams and leaders (including closing team) to identify key priorities and ensure the store is guest ready in alignment with your leader&rsquo;s direction.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Stay informed about relevant trends and products to educate team members by relaying Target communications from available tools and resources during team connection moments.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
